BioNova Sports Peptides supplies products strictly for research purposes only and not for human consumption. Due to the specialized nature of research materials, all sales are final, except for the limited circumstances described below.

We will review requests related to:

• Damage in transit (arrived damaged)
• Mis-shipments (wrong item sent)
• Missing items (items listed on your order not included in the shipment)

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
• Ordering errors by the customer
• Address errors provided by the customer
• Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
• Improper storage, mishandling, alteration, or use after delivery
• Opened, tampered, or used products (except where required by law)

You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery to be eligible for review.

To submit a claim, email [support@yourdomain.ca] with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of:
  
  • The shipping box (including the label)
  • All protective packaging
  • The product(s) showing the issue (damage or incorrect item)

If your claim is approved, we may, at our discretion:

• Replace the damaged/incorrect item(s)
• Re-ship missing item(s)
• Provide another appropriate resolution based on availability and circumstances

In most cases, we do not require damaged goods to be returned. If a return is required for verification, we will provide instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Approved resolutions are processed as quickly as reasonably possible after verification.
