To the maximum extent permitted by law, BioNova is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. BioNova’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal laws of Canada. Disputes shall be brought in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
