This Risk & Safety Notice applies to all products sold by BioNova Sports Peptides (“BioNova,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and to all visitors and customers using our website and services.

ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY BIONOVA SPORTS PEPTIDES ARE INTENDED STRICTLY FOR RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY AND ARE NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION.

Our products are not intended for use in or on humans or animals, including ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application, or any form of administration.

By purchasing or possessing our products, you acknowledge and agree that you are acquiring materials solely for lawful laboratory research, analytical research, and/or in vitro research purposes where permitted.

Many research compounds may be hazardous and may present risks including, but not limited to:

• Irritation to skin, eyes, or respiratory tract
• Allergic sensitization
• Toxicity if improperly handled, aerosolized, spilled, or exposed via accidental contact
• Unknown or incompletely characterized hazards, particularly for novel or limited-data compounds

Risk profiles vary by compound, concentration, and form factor (powder, solution, etc.). You are responsible for evaluating hazards prior to handling and for implementing appropriate controls.

You are responsible for ensuring that products are handled only by individuals who are appropriately trained and competent to handle research chemicals.

BioNova recommends handling all products within a controlled research setting, using standard laboratory controls such as:

• Restricted access and secured storage
• Written protocols (SOPs) for handling and disposal
• Proper labeling practices
• Spill response supplies
• Segregation of incompatible materials

At minimum, appropriate PPE and hygiene practices should be used consistent with recognized laboratory standards, which may include:

• Laboratory gloves suitable for chemical handling
• Eye protection (safety glasses or goggles)
• Protective clothing (lab coat or equivalent)
• Respiratory protection where airborne exposure may occur
• Handwashing and avoidance of food/drink in handling areas

PPE selection depends on compound-specific hazards. Consult the applicable Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and your institutional safety requirements.

Improper storage can increase risks and may degrade materials. You are responsible for verifying and maintaining appropriate storage conditions, including:

• Temperature control (ambient, refrigerated, frozen, or ultra-cold as applicable)
• Protection from light, moisture, and contamination
• Secure containment and secondary containment where appropriate
• Inventory tracking and restricted access

BioNova does not assume responsibility for losses, hazards, or outcomes arising from improper storage, handling, or stability management after delivery.

You are responsible for maintaining an incident response plan appropriate to your environment.

If a spill or exposure occurs:

• Follow your facility’s protocols immediately
• Use appropriate PPE and spill kits
• Isolate the area to prevent further exposure
• Seek professional assistance and medical evaluation as required by your local protocols and applicable laws
• Report incidents per your institutional or regulatory requirements

BioNova does not provide medical guidance. Emergency services should be contacted when appropriate.

You are responsible for ensuring that all waste and materials are disposed of in accordance with:

• Local and provincial/federal regulations
• Institutional requirements
• Environmental and hazardous waste rules applicable to your facility

Do not dispose of research compounds in household waste or drains unless explicitly permitted by applicable regulations and verified as safe and lawful for disposal.

You are solely responsible for confirming that:

• The purchase, possession, storage, handling, transport, and use of any product is lawful in your jurisdiction
• Any required permits, licensing, institutional approvals, or documentation are obtained
• Research is conducted ethically and in compliance with applicable rules and standards

BioNova may refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access if we suspect non-compliance or misuse.

BioNova sells products solely for research purposes. We do not authorize and expressly prohibit any human or animal use.

Any attempt to use products contrary to the “research only / not for human consumption” limitation violates BioNova policy and may violate applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Products and information are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.
• BioNova is not responsible for injuries, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from improper handling, misuse, non-compliant use, or failure to follow appropriate safety and regulatory requirements.
